Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Casy ( https://casy.beauty ). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree — stop using the service.

2. The service

Casy is an online booking platform and CRM for independent beauty professionals and small studios. The service enables:

• Clients: book appointments with beauty professionals and receive reminders.
• Professionals / studios: manage bookings, client database, and schedule.

3. Registration and account

• You must register via phone number to use the service.
• You are responsible for the security of your account access.
• You must provide accurate and current data.
• One account per person. Account sharing is prohibited.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Send spam or unsolicited communication via the platform.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users' data.
• Publish false or misleading information.
• Use automated scripts to interact with the service without permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.

5. Bookings

• After booking confirmation, the client commits to attend or cancel the appointment in advance.
• Cancellation rules and fees are set by each individual venue.
• Casy is not responsible for the quality of services provided by venues.

6. Pricing and payments

During the beta period the service is free. Post-beta pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility based on your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual property

All rights to Casy — including software, design, and content — belong to Casy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any elements of the service without written permission. You retain ownership of content you upload (client lists, service descriptions); you grant Casy a limited license to host and display it as necessary to operate the service.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or €100 if no fees were paid). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., gross negligence or consumer rights).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected] . On deletion, your data is removed per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable EU consumer protection law for users in the EU/EEA. For users outside the EU, disputes should first be addressed via [email protected] . Nothing here limits your mandatory rights under your local consumer protection law.
